At Go-Share, we take your privacy seriously – we believe that your data is yours and you should have full control and visibility over it at all times. The following Privacy Policy governs the information collection practices of Go-Share (“Company,” "we" or "us") from online means. It outlines the types of information that we gather about you which you disclose while using the website, mobile application and online portal (collectively referred to as “Platform”).

Scope and Purpose
Go-Share collects, processes, and uses personal information to provide carpooling services to our corporate clients. Personal information includes data such as employee names, contact details, location data and payment information. We also collect data from employees' devices, such as images shared on the Platform, and browser information. We do not share this information with our third-party service providers to facilitate our carpooling services.

Depending on the context of personal information you provide, Go-Share may be the data controller ("controller") or data processor ("processor") of your personal information under this policy. Go-Share acts as the controller in relation to any personal data collected through the use of cookies and analytics tools, data collected through the website enquiry forms and any pseudonymized data stored by Go-Share.
Further, it is the processor of personal information processed for providing services as a part of Go-Share’s Agreement with your Employer or other affiliates. Such agreement may involve processing of personal data under our client's control on our Platform.

Go-Share is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and their personal information. How long does Go-Share store your data?
Go-Share will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
In the event of termination of contract, after a period of 12 months, we will pseudonymize your data to protect your privacy.
